Resources for Parents of Multiples

National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs
NOMOTC, a network of over 450 local clubs representing over 25,000 individual parents of multiples, was founded for the purpose of promoting the special aspects of child development which relate specifically to multiple birth children. NOMOTC endeavors to support families of multiple birth children through education, research, and networking, while also raising public awareness of the unique qualities of multiple birth families.

Unfortunately, ASMOMO has disbanded. This link only provides a list of other multiples clubs in Arizona.

Mothers of Super Twins
MOST, a community of families, volunteers and professionals, is the leading national nonprofit provider of support, education and research on higher-order multiple births. MOST's mission is to advocate for quality prenatal care, promote healthy deliveries, and supply information to all multiple birth families in order to support successful parenting through every phase of their children's development.

Pampers Village
Pampers Village is a cool resource for mothers. This site has information from pregnancy through preschool.

BabyCenter
BabyCenter provides in depth information for parents from 'Getting Pregnant' through the 'Big Kid' years. There is also a link for 'Free Stuff & Great Deals'. Pregnant moms can sign up for a free weekly e-newsletter detailing their child's development.


Area Attractions

Pima County Public Library Kids Web
The Pima County Public Library has online activities for kids as well as programs at many branches. Popular programs include: Story Times, Read to a Dog, and Homework Help. Be sure to watch for PCPL's summer reading programs from May through July each year.

Tucson Children's Museum
TCM has numerous interactive exhibits, daily hands-on activities, and monthly special events. TCM provides educational fun for kids of all ages.
